He relocated the business to Metro Atlanta in 2007. Graduating from Cal Tech, Arthur unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the city's biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Arthur is still taking our projects to new heights.

With a background in small town development and investing, Malcom quickly adapted to big city business. In 15 years, Malcom has moved up the ranks and become our most engaged president. He has a reputation as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Malcom also spearheads our green design initiative, working to encourage all of our projects to care for the land on which they are built.

Graduating from Harvard School of Business. Suzzy has knowledge and experience in all facets of the industry. Suzzy has been the CFO for several fortune 500 companies. Suzzy sits on the board of United Way, and Feed the Children Fund. She manages all projects with a priority to affordable housing. As the CFO JM3LLC has helped our clients provide over 125 million in non-profit donations.
